Lip balm
Almost a decade ago, I visited my father in Los Angeles.
Back then I met his mother in law, that turns to be a very nice and funny person.
Despite her illnes, I can't remember which it was maybe I just heard about she being sick but I never dare to ask, she keeps a sensational sense of humour.
And today I remember a joke she made.
Here, because I don't drink so much water and guess, the weather, my lips keep dry and I use a huge amount of lip balm. Specially the one I got in the airport, a Lip Revive.
-The card that comes withe the lip balm and some other beauty products say that I must drink a lot of water-
When I was in L.A. I didn't use lip balm, and my lips were fine, and one day we were together and she said that she needed some lip balm.
She looked at me and said: "I need lip balm because no one kiss me now".
And I started to laugh. It's one of the best jokes I ever heard...

Strikes and sightseeing
Strike was a common word yesterday. The most used, I guess.
But, even for many, many people it may cause troubles, for me it was a good evening. Despite my ankle pain for walking and cold.
Last year we always went to Central London by tube. Yesterday we improvised how to get there.
And we used the DRL and buses.
We take first the DRL to get to the Tower Bridge and then we get the RV1 to get to Covent Garden, where we buy tea.
Then we got a little bit further than we expected. We tried to go to Oxford Street so, we got in bus 55 in the wrong direction. So, when we got to a church which I don't remember the name we change for the right bus.
But the funniest part of the night was in Bank DRL and underground station. Once we could get in to tried to catch DRL we walk, walk and walk following the DRL sings but it seemed that we never would get to the correct platform, but finally, after some more walking we got there and catch the DRL to Canary Wharf.
